Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. Beyond this window, we may not be able to accommodate your request, as your order will likely be in the processing stage. Should you cancel within the 24-hour period, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
Our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report damage, email us at hello@tuvolt.com with a clear photo of the damaged item. We'll assess the situation and determine if you're eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, nor accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
